Apache RC Helicopter

Those of us that share in the amazingly fun hobby of remote control helicopters and other RC vehicles know how cool it can be to fly other RC aircraft that are not we do not see or get to fly that often. In my case (and I hope in your case as well), the Apache RC helicopter was one of those “must fly” RC helicopters.

As a child I remember seeing pictures and videos of the real Apache helicopter flying and in combat, and now I can be my own Apache RC helicopter pilot!

This is why I have started this blog, to share my joy of flying the RC Apache. If I can find some good videos of it flying, I will post those as well along with other RC aircraft too.

There are other remote control helicopters that I want to fly as well, I want to try some of the bigger cargo type of helicopters. What other remote control aircraft have you flown? Post a comment on this blog, I would love to see a video or pictures if you have any.

The Apache RC helicopter that I like is the Apache Ah-64 4 channel version. I find that it flies very well with a little practice. It is a beginner RC helicopter, but you will probably need to fly carefully with it first. But it’s well worth the practice! :)

What I did was I got a spare set of replacement rotor blades when I bought it, you might want to consider that as well. When you get yours, practice with it first outside over soft grass, that’s a bit more forgiving then a hard indoor floor.

This Apache RC helicopter would be perfect for anyone who wants to try out a new helicopter, a must have for any RC helicopter enthusiast!
